Tonight something in BigZabba’s brain clicked and she is reading!! She read 40 pages of a Dick and Jane book!! She kept wanting to read more and more.. “Let’s read the next one and the next one!” At first I wasn’t sure she was really reading it, but I had her read pages that she hadn’t seen before and she did it. At first she was sounding out every word, but as she repeated the words more and more she got faster and better. She is super excited. As I write this she is in bed reading more.
