Our local movie theater has free kids movies in the summer. Today was the first showing, Jonah: A VeggieTales Movie. What could be better than popcorn & a drink while sitting in a cool theater watching a free movie. It made for a nice morning treat.

Besides – what better movie could they show? Knowing their uncle did a ton of work on the movie made it even better.
WOW!!! Wish we had that! What is the thinking behind it (since it’s probably not just out of the goodness of their hearts? =) Are they figuring they’ll still make a profit through food?

They aren’t showing current movies. DZ guesses that they are simply playing a DVD. Regardless I guess they think they will make some money on food. Either way, it makes me like them more, so I am likely to go there again to actually pay for a movie.
