This weekend we spent an afternoon at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.  The kids joined their NexGen program, which is a free membership for kids 17 and younger.  The best part is that each child can bring in one adult for free.  The best part for the girls was getting to play inside one of the art installments, Happy Happy.

The girls were also able to participate in making an art installation, similar to Happy Happy. They brought bright plastic items from home, and chose a spot to include their item.

I always forget how many things there are to do here in LA. Hopefully this will give us a good reason to get out and see more of the things that LA has to offer.
