A few weeks ago DaddyZabba and I were able to go to San Francisco for the weekend.  It had been a very long time since we had had a date night, let alone some time away.  We had a great time.

The highlight of the trip was going to see Wicked.  I had wanted to see it for such a long time and it was so much better than I had imagined.  It was just a fantastic show.  I thought I knew what it was about, and I did to some degree, but the story was so much more than I thought.  It was interesting, clever and oh so much fun.

During the weekend I read 2 whole books.  I can’t remember the last time I had the time to just sit and read.  One day DZ had some work stuff to do, so I had all day to myself.  I went to breakfast at Dottie’s True Blue Cafe…yum.  Then I walked all over the place.  If I saw I store I wanted to browse, I just went it.  I looked through DSW, H&M, several bookstores, and even lingered through Tiffany & Co.
